I grabbed these Beyerdynamic headphones to upgrade my audio setup. When you are constantly balancing audio levels and managing streams, having a reliable pair of headphones is crucial. The fact that these come with an interchangeable ear pad system is a brilliant touch. I can use the over ear pads for total isolation when I am deep into editing sessions at home, and then switch to the on ear pads when I need to be a bit more aware of my surroundings while out in the city. The sound quality is incredibly transparent and balanced. A lot of headphones aimed at club or DJ use tend to artificially boost the bass to the point where it muddies the mid range, but these keep the low end tight and punchy while maintaining crystal clear highs. It makes dialing in the EQ for my streams much easier because I am hearing the true audio mix. Out of the box, the clamping force on the headband is quite strong. It definitely provides excellent sound isolation, but it takes a few hours of wear to break them in and get the comfort dialed in perfectly. The build quality feels rugged enough to survive being tossed into my everyday backpack on a regular basis. The hinges are smooth and the whole unit folds down into a very compact footprint. I also really appreciate the detachable cable with the locking connector, since catching a cord on a piece of gear is inevitable and this prevents sudden disconnections or damage to the port. It is a premium piece of equipment that delivers professional grade audio precision without feeling too delicate for daily travel. These are a great value for the pricepoint at the time of this review (~280).

Vibe: You can swap the ear pads to make them sit on your ears or around them. It’s like getting two pairs of headphones for the price of one. If you're mixing in a loud club, go over-ear to block out the noise; if you're at a chill house party, go on-ear. Bass: You don't have to crank the volume to find the beat. The bass is punchy and tight, so you can lock in your transitions even when the monitors are screaming. Build: Almost every part can be replaced. If you snap the cable or the ear pads get gross after a year of touring, you just buy the spare part instead of a whole new headset. Fit: They stay put. You can jump around, headbang, or lean over your mixer, and they aren't going anywhere. The "Hug": Because they’re designed to block out loud music, they grip your head pretty tight. If you have a larger head, you might feel a bit of a "squeeze" after an hour or two. No Fluff: These aren't "pretty" headphones. They are matte, rugged, and strictly business. If you want something sleek and fashionable, these might look a bit chunky to you. Bottom Line: If you're tired of flimsy headphones and want something that sounds clear and can survive a world tour, these are your best bet.

Très très déçu du produit, aucune basse, casque très lourd, bref à éviter. Je pensais que la marque était meilleur que mon Sennheiser HD8 DJ que nenni :( Est-il possible de renvoyer le produit afin d'être remboursé
