Boundary EQInherited from the LP series to adapt the monitor to different environments

The IN-8 2nd Wave uses an unusual coaxial 3-way design: the midrange driver shares an axis with the tweeter and offloads both the woofer and the tweeter, which Kali Audio says gives a more harmonious, distortion-free sound than a conventional 2-way monitor. This second generation («2nd Wave») cuts self-noise by 12dB and increases output by 3dB versus the previous version, with a lighter transducer diaphragm for a faster transient response.

With 41 reviews and a 4.3/5 average, backing is more modest than other monitors in this catalog. At €359, it's among the pricier monitors, the investment for anyone who wants the coaxial 3-way approach and 140W of power in an 8-inch monitor.

3 way is the way!! Clear, crisp sound as expected from these guys! This is a very well built monitor for the money! I got the 8” but, my room is a bit small for the monitor but, I’m keeping it because the quality of the audio is superb!! I have had other brands and I’m not hesitant to say this one is too notch. I like the calibration options on the back of the speaker and the sound, the sound is amazing!!!

These are a no brainer. They are 3 ways not 2 ways so you hear things that you may not hear or hear well with a 2 way. The clarity and separation is perfect. They are loud as all get out especially since they’re in your face. I wish they had an out or a pass through but I won’t discount them for that due to how exceptionally they sound. The build quality is also amazing. I would definitely recommend these to that wants a perfect sound for true mastering

Stopped working after a month and half even though all the cords work. Also had a super loud hissing sound when they were working. THey are way bigger than they look in the picture too.
