✓ AmazonItem was defective bought brand new. There is something wrong with the torque system has like a 5 second delay to start when you hit play, even after changing the torque settings. Also produces a hum sound (only reason why i know is becuase i bought two... one works well but the second one has that torque problem and hum interference)
